[Job Description]
- To introduce product to prospective customer by explaining products and its facilities, so customer will show interest to get a lease agreement by makin phone calls, sending fax/emails, etc.
- To develop and maintain relationship with prospetive customer in order to get sound business and mainitain productive relationship with the suppliers to ensure a steady flow of information regarding new prospect.
- To conduct feasibility studies of the customer in term of their credit worthines
- To prepare the initial proposal in response to customer's requirement, then ask for customer to confirm the receiving of the lease proposal that has been sent to them.
- To prepare Credit proposal, analyze and examine lease applicaion, and appraise credit risk of the customer and present all these to superior.
- To follow up the collection of customer's document, such as, Akta Pendirian Perusahaan (Company Cerification), NPWP (Company Tax Number), SIUPP (Company License), Financial Report, etc. before the disbursement process begins.
- Visit customers to observe first-hand their condition, like their assets and its location, what kind of business they are operating, etc. and make approprate reports on result of these visits regularly.
- To get confirmation from superior in accordance with the amount of disbursment to pay which has follow the company rules
- To implement Marketing policies & operating procedures that is linked to the company's business strategey.
- To ensure payment (collection) from the customer will be followed-up before its due date and to do collection activities needed when overdue occurs.
- To Prepare and submit Marketing reports regularly
- To give response and follow up the work requirement and instruction which are given by superior and management in accomplishing duties.
[Skill and Experience]
• Fresh graduates from reputable university are welcome to apply.
• Having at least 2 years’ experience in Marketing from Leasing background,
• Fluent in Japanese and English at communicative level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering with GPA above 3.00.
