Job Description
Minimum 5 years in HR or Min 5 Years working experiences
Knowledge about labour standard act in indonesia
No experience in HR but having good skill in japanese languages are welcome to apply and willing to be HR person
Requirement
Recruit Staff and Develop Job Descriptions , person specifications , Check Applications and select Candidates
Undertake Regular Salary Reviews
Negotiate with staff and their representatives on issue relatiing to pay and conditions
interpret and advise on employement regulations
Arrange meetings and appopintments and organize travel for staff
Devise and maintain office systems
Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contracts
Maintain continuity among corporate , divisions , and local working teams by documenting and communicating actions , irregularities and continueing needs
achieve financial obejctives by anticipating requirements , submiting informations for budget preparations, schedulling expenditures
Preferable
Job experience at japanese company , Manufacturing company or trading company
Experiences in establishment / Company regulations
