a. Operations and troubleshooting of each production line Main Line : Continuous Galvanizing Line, Recoiling Line, Roll Grinder(Roll Shop)
b. Safety management
c. Training of subordinates


a. Minimum Diploma Degree, graduate from reputable university with educational background
in technology or engineering or science
b. Approximately 3 years of working experience as a Manufacturing Worker in Manufacturing Company
c. Familiar with the process of manufacturing, the production plan, on-site management,
schedule control, quality control, personnel management, equipment management,
material control, safety management, specified chemical substances control, pollution control, and energy control.
d. Likely job rotation to Product Design & Quality Control Dept.
e. Team-oriented, flexible with strong leadership skills
f. Structured method of operation, self-dependent with an ability to work well in the tight schedule
and given deadline, motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
g. Can communicate & Written in English
h. Will be placed in MM2100, Cikarang- Bekasi
i. Preferably in Japanese manufacturing company or in a steel sheet manufacturing company
or in huge process industry (such as paper, glass, plastics and so on)
j. High responsibility, initiative, high response, analytical, challenge spirit, eager to challenging something new 
k. Age 25-30
l. Male Only
