Production Manager (Central Java) - Label/Textile/Apparel

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control Production results.
- Manage execution of site improvement plans, help set production improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities, provide resources and problem solve.
- Analyze and plan long-term strategic change and improvement for multiple teams/shifts.
- Lead significant projects & improvement initiatives, including scheduling and planning, budgeting and control on assigned production lines.
- Design and implement production improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
- Oversee all health and safety procedures, ensuring employee safety and lead a safe operation of the business unit and comply with legal, legislative and corporate safety requirements.
- Ensure team members meet site goals and objectives in the establishment of sites’ annual production plans.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories.
- Ensure adequate and timely distribution to attain maximum sales potential consistent with good inventory control.
- Ensure tracking and use of KPI to promote improved operational and business results.
- Train and provide development opportunities for staff and ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
- Perform management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.
- Estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion, interpret and ensure consistent application of company policies.
- Lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
- Ensure maximum efficient production of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise machine and/or building maintenance schedules and activities.
- Coordinate all ordering of parts and services that will maintain or improve the machine/facility cost effectively.
- Other responsibilities as needed.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency (able to coordinate with regional management regarding projects in English)
・Min. 2 years as Production Manager from garment/apparel/label industry
・Experienced and knowledge of modern manufacture, material flow and improvement strategies (ELS, continuous flow, cellular)
・Currently residing in Central Java
・Excellent leadership and management skill, good strategical thinking, good communication, good interpersonal skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to join in short notice
・Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
