-Communicating With Clients
Address requests, questions and concerns, making every attempt to resolve the customer's needs as fully and quickly as possible
-Arranging Product Shipments
Assist customers with the order process and provide the most current shipping status on existing ordersl
-Resolving Customer Grievances
Required to demonstrate the ability to multitask and be able to maintain composure and professionalism at all times • Professionally handle incoming inquiry from customers and ensure that inquiry are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Solving problem customer complaint.
- Provide information about all of product.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to : billing AR Management.
