Work details
♦To introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers in order to get new business
♦To conduct feasibility studies of the customers in term of their credit worthiness
♦To prepare the initial proposal, credit proposals, analyze and examine lease applications, and appraise credit risk of the customers and present all these to superior
♦To follow-up the collection of customer’s documents and visit customers to observe first-hand their condition
♦To get confirmation from superior in accordance with the amount of disbursement to pay which has to follow the company rules
♦To implement Marketing Policies & Operating Procedures that is linked to the company’s business strategy
♦To ensure payment (collection) from the customers
♦To prepare and submit Marketing Reports regularly
♦To give response and follow-up the work requirements and instructions which are given by superior and management in accomplishing duties
♦Other related tasks as assigned

♦Memperkenalkan produk, mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan dengan calon nasabah dan pemasok untuk mendapatkan bisnis baru
♦Melakukan studi kelayakan terhadap nasabah dalam hal kelayakan kredit mereka
♦Mempersiapkan proposal awal, proposal kredit, menganalisa dan memeriksa aplikasi sewa guna usaha, serta menilai risiko kredit nasabah dan menyampaikannya kepada atasan.
♦Menindaklanjuti pengumpulan dokumen nasabah dan mengunjungi nasabah untuk melihat langsung kondisi nasabah
♦Mendapatkan konfirmasi dari atasan terkait dengan jumlah pencairan yang harus dibayarkan sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan
♦Menerapkan Kebijakan & Prosedur Operasional Pemasaran yang terkait dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan
♦Memastikan pembayaran (penagihan) dari nasabah
♦Membuat dan menyampaikan Laporan Pemasaran secara berkala
♦Memberikan tanggapan dan menindaklanjuti persyaratan kerja dan instruksi yang diberikan oleh atasan dan manajemen dalam melaksanakan tugas
♦Tugas-tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan
・Bachelor degree (S-1) from Reputable Indonesia University / Foreign Graduates, minimum IPK 3.0 from economic major
・Min 1 year of experience in financing or banking industry
・Has knowledge about accounting and financial analysis
・Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
・Fluent in English both written and orally
・High convo in mandarin

・Lulusan Sarjana (S-1) dari Universitas Terkemuka di Indonesia / Lulusan Luar Negeri, minimal IPK 3.0 dari jurusan ekonomi
・Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pembiayaan atau perbankan
・Memiliki pengetahuan tentang akuntansi dan analisis keuangan
・Menguasai Ms Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
・Fasih berbahasa Inggris baik secara tertulis maupun lisan
・Memiliki kemampuan berbicara dalam bahasa mandarin
