Work details
- Managing sales administration operation in a trading company with oversea supplier
- Sales administration operation includes: (a) process all inquiries, (b) create quotations and follow-up with customers, (c) review customer orders, (d) coordinate with purchase department to monitor all related purchase orders to suppliers, (e) coordinate with inventory department to inspect all incoming goods, (f) arrange deliveries, (g) process sales invoices and follow up on invoice payment.
- Create and monitor KPI within the sales administration team.
- Report sales operation results to director.
- Create and maintain company sales database through CRM, Accurate and other collaboration software.
- Communicate skills are important to ensure clear messages are received by all related department (sales, purchase, warehouse, technical support)
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Must have 5 year experience in managing sales administration operation in a trading company with oversea suppliers.
- Experience in logistic (import) knowledge
- Must be able to communicate in English. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
- Problem solving skills to handle unexpected events or issues from customers and suppliers. (e.g. delay shipment and wrong deliveries)
- Multitasking and able to work under strict deadline.
- Willing to learn the technical information of company products
