<Job Responsibilities>
- Troubleshoot software and hardware
- Guide through problem resolution steps, escalating complex issues to higher level support teams if necessary
- Document support interactions, maintain accurate records, contribute to the development of knowledge bases and support resources
- Coordinate with cross functional team to attain an effective progress result
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates with Internship experience are welcome
・Min. Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering
・Business Mandarin proficiency with basic English skill
・Able to document troubleshooting steps, resolutions and customer interactions accurately
・Analytical, good team player, good work ethics, good communication skill, problem solving skill and customer oriented

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience as Technical Support Staff Mandarin Speaker in electronics industry
