Application Engineer (Project Manager) - IT Solutions

<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand user requirements, identify key operational points, and propose logical solutions.
- Translate user requirements into functional levels and accurately calculate the required effort.
- Understand tasks and information necessary for system requirements, design, development, and testing, and create appropriate schedules.
- Monitor progress and accurately explain the project status.
- Manage schedules to prevent delays by clearly defining daily tasks and responsibilities, and provide strong follow-up with team members.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have work experience as an application developer or Project manager (Consistent experience from identifying client's need and purpose → Design and development → Implementation project management → Maintenance after implementation) from From for min 3 years
・Business English communication skill
・Experience in managing large-scale projects (web development) more that 3 billion IDR .

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Preferable could using PowerApps/BI/Automates
・Advanced skills in Office and Teams-related solutions (such as data analysis and hosting multiple rooms in Teams).
