Research & Development Assistant Manager - Automotive

<Job Responsibilities>
- Overseeing the R&D Department
- Understand customer's requirement and apply it to the designs
- In charge of new product development
- Do Project Management and coordinate with all related department
- Involved in product testing and make report
- Manage subordinates and develop their skills
- Make weekly and monthly progress report to management
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
・High conversational English proficiency (ability to communicate with expatriate and HQ in English regarding technical matters)
・7 years as R&D in automotive industry with at least 3 years as Supervisor/Assistant Manager, handling subordinates.
・Experienced and proficient with 2D & 3D design with AutoCAD and CATIA, involved with project management and product testing
・Good project management skill, good leadership ability, good coordination skill, good interpersonal skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak in Mandarin
