Dies and Mold Engineer - Manufacturing

- Design and develop dies and molds used in the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, production engineers, and quality assurance professionals to optimize die and mold designs for manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness
- Utilize CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools to create detailed designs, simulations, and prototypes of dies and molds, and conduct thorough analysis to identify and resolve any design issues or inefficiencies
- Manage the fabrication and procurement process of dies and molds, liaising with external suppliers and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on existing dies and molds to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and safety in the manufacturing environment
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during setup, operation, and troubleshooting of dies and molds, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
- Other related tasks as assigned

・Bachelor degree or higher in the Engineering field.
・Having minimum 2 years working in Dies and Mold scoop in Manufacturing
・Strong knowledge of machinery for maintenance Dies, Mold & Fin die.
・Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and tools (Dies, Mold ,Fin die).
・Proficient in Dies, Mold, Fin die & etc.
・English skill
