- Perform Application Specialist functions
- Conduct presentations, education, and product demos for users and hospital technicians.
- Implement and maintain relationships with nurses, doctors, and technicians.
- Responsibility throughout Indonesia.
- Help drive sales revenue at regional and national levels.
- Work closely with sales leadership to prioritize engagement and demo activities related to the products they are responsible for.
- with a primary focus on Surgical equipment applications, providing technical assistance and clinical knowledge for all products under his responsibility.
- Be the primary resource for customer training on the proper use and usability of clinical equipment in the clinical environment.
- Collaborate with the product & Marketing Team in the ongoing development of educational resources required for customers, sales teams, Field Service teams, and internal support personnel.
・Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, healthcare, biomedical or related disciplines preferred.
・Minimum of 2 years of related product or clinical experience in the surgery room.
・Product knowledge such as pendant, operation light, and operating room.
・Able to operate the AUTOCAD program (must)
・Operate a computer effectively and efficiently, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
・Able to professionally communicate with internal and external customers.
・Possess driver’s license.
・Ability to travel 75% of the time and as required based on business need
