Japanese Interpreter - Staffing

- Translate working instructions and materials from Indonesian to Japanese and vice versa.
- Facilitate effective communication between Indonesian and Japanese staff and trainees.
- Provide real-time interpretation during training sessions, meetings, and on-site activities.
- Assist in the development and translation of training manuals and other instructional materials.
- Engage in fieldwork to support training activities.
- Ensure cultural nuances and technical terminology are accurately conveyed in translations.
- Participate in safety briefings and ensure that all instructions are clearly understood by all parties.

・Fluency in Japanese (Min. JLPT N2)
・Have experience in scaffolding, construction, or related fields
・Have experience working in Japan as kenshuusei will be good advantage
・Willingness to engage in fieldwork, including on-site scaffolding activities.
・Possession of a valid driver's license and driving skills.
・Ability to undertake assignments outside the city as required.
・Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
