Operations (customer relations) - Mandarin Speaker [Open for Fresh Graduates]

<Job Responsibilities>
- Troubleshooting issues
- Managing Help Desk
- Coordinating with the service desk to identify and mitigate root cause issues pertaining to the IT infrastructure and systems
- Developing a disaster recovery and risk mitigation plan
- Working with external partners, auditors and consultants on risk management and regulatory compliance projects
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh graduates are welcome
・Min. Diploma Degree
・High conversational Mandarin Proficiency and High conversational English proficiency
・Willing to do shifts
・Smart, good analytical skill, good communication skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's Degree in IT
・Have working experience in IT industry
