Work details
- Responsible for payroll, recruitment, employee data management, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all HRGA activities
- Create, update, and implement HR and GA procedures
- Ensure administrative systems run in accordance with procedures
- Manage compliance with HR-related regulations in Indonesia
- Plan and conduct recruitment for Project Staff
- Conduct job analysis, workload analysis, work competence assessments, performance management, and compensation & benefits administration
- Implement selection policies and practices, disciplinary actions, counseling, and HR motivation strategies
- Develop and implement employee performance evaluation and retention plans
- Ensure clean and comfortable working conditions
- Stay updated on labor and expatriate-related legal requirements
- Arrange administrative tasks such as car arrangements, expatriate accommodations, hotel reservations, travel arrangements, and working permits
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to strengthen employee relations within the project team
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, Law, or a relevant discipline
- Min. 15-20 years of experience as an HR & GA specialist
- Extensive knowledge of local labor law and other relevant/legal regulations, as well as current HR practices and policies
- Familiarity with car, accommodation, and working permit arrangements
- Experience working for a foreign company or subsidiary is an advantage
- Experience in the Construction, Engineering (EPC) industry is an advantage
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate initiative
- Strong personality with a positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision is important
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
