Work details
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Manage (ISO documents, sales invoices, correspondence, filling etc.)
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Provide support for administrative tasks for sales Dept

・Min. Diploma degree (preferable in Engineering)
・English conversational level
・Min 1-2 years of experience in Plastic injection mold
・Experience in reading technical drawing
・Good Communication Skill
・Good Knowledge and experience ISO 9001
・Computer literacy
・Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
・Willing to work in Cikarang
