Architect Site Operation Staff - Building

- Assist in the creation and development of design plans for apartment projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the design aligns with project specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and architectural discussions.
-Provide input and support to ensure project milestones and architectural standards are met.
- Lead and manage on-site meetings with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination among all parties involved in the project.
- Oversee daily operations of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
- Document site conditions and report findings to the project management team.
- Prepare materials for summary meetings, including design updates, progress reports, and other relevant information.
- Present findings and updates to project stakeholders in a clear and organized manner.

・Mandatory Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture.
・Previous experience in construction management or working as a designer in a real estate development company or a related profession.
・Proficiency in operating CAD software.
・Willingness to work on-site.
