- Manage and Improve GA Operations
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and do GA activities
- Manage risk management and improve the risk procedures
- Fast response in accident management and coordinate each stores to maintain safety
- Cost Management
- Manage store equipment and ensure of the effectiveness
- Coordinate with insurance company and maintain a good system for the company
- Support new stores general affairs
- Driver management
- Support management needs regarding business trips
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 8 years of experience as General affairs in big retail industry (At least 30 stores all over Indonesia), with experience of accident management, coordination with insurance company and cost management
・Management experience
・Good work ethics, good interpersonal skill, willing to improve and grow, good leadership skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・IT knowledge
