Work details
- Responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR, recruitment, and administration management, including setting up company policies and regulations
- Responsible for absenteeism and payroll
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Responsible for employees' KPIs
- Handling employee disciplinary issues and providing solutions such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Annual budgeting
- Performing other related tasks as assigned
- Min. 5 years of experience as an HRGA Assistant Manager/Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a relevant field
- Proficient in both business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
- Previous working experience in Japanese trading companies
- Excellent managerial skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
