<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement strategies to establish business and to maximize the implementation city to nation wide
- Do business development to drive market penetration and acquisition
- Design and execute comprehensive market policies, operational activities, and promotion models to drive business growth
- Develop and implement internal operational systems such as asset management, data management, emergency plans, and business training programs
- Standardize work processes and establish a performance management system for each direction and position within the organization
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Business English proficiency (able to speak technically with expatriates)
・Min. 4 years as Business Development/Sales in the EV battery charging station industry experienced in developing outlet partners
