<Job Responsibilities>
- Continuously monitor the overall risk position and conduct sensitivity analysis using various scenarios and assumptions based on data from relevant departments
- Identify and assess all risks associated with the Company's activities, including inherent risks
- Formulate effective risk measurement methods to quantify and evaluate identified risks
- Monitor the implementation of risk management strategies developed by the BoD
- Review the risk management process, ensuring alignment with regulatory updates and industry best practices periodically
- Review proposals for business development or expansion activities, providing risk assessments and recommendations
- Assist the BOD in evaluating the Company's risk profile and tolerance levels used for risk measurement
- Provide strategic recommendations to business and operational functions, as well as the Risk Management Committee, in alignment with designated authorities
- Formulate a comprehensive risk profile report and submit it semi-annually to the BoD, Risk Management Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee, and Audit Committee
- Undertake other tasks and activities as needed, requested by the BoD, outlined in SOPs, or required by external authorities
- Liaise with internal and external parties closely for information and report, including and not limited to OJK and other firms
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management or relevant
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 10 years of working experience handling Risk, with Managerial level experience and ability, in the Leasing or Banking industry (mid sized to big sized company)
・Experienced in coordinating and reporting to OJK
・Own SPPI certification
・Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill, strong analytical and problem solving skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Master's degree
