- Create, implement, and evaluate sales strategy
- Manage sales activity to achieve sales targets
- In charge of the performance of the sales department
- Analyze market situation to understand product performance
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and find new clients
- Report regularly to principal abroad
- Do business trips abroad for new machine training
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. College Diploma
・Business Level English proficiency
・Min 3 years of experience as Sales Assistant Manager in folding carton industry, experienced in handling offset machines
・Willing to do business trips abroad for 1-2 weeks (a few times a year)
・Good leadership and managerial skill, good networking and communication
