<Job Responsibilities>
- For sales, focus on target achievement and check each target customer, SKU analysis, stock maintenance, make forecast calculations for 2 months, and offer new products to customers.
- For Account Receivable, Accounts Payable check, receive payment check, report AR target, clearing update.
- Make sure to submit invoice documents to customers quickly based on AR KPI
- Make sure there is no problem with PO
- For Return Monitoring, Fill the update report, follow the return procedure, make sure that all process is clear from email to CS until the Warehouse Dept. in submitting invoice return number and clearing to the Accounting Dept.
- Do Data Analysis: Make report for monthly meeting
- Make Visit Report: Report store visit (daily), such as display/dress up, slow/fast moving SKU, branding opportunity, new customer, competitor, etc
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Business Level English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience as Manager in Modern Market Sales with proven track-record in achieving sales target, from a stationary company
・Has an existing network, contacts, and relationship in related markets
・Proficient in using Microsoft Office
・Willing to do business trips to meet clients
・Has a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and leadership skill, target and result-oriented
