Work details
- Assist guests in a friendly but efficient way
- Interact with guests in Japanese and English
- Respond to and accommodate guests' needs
- Assist guests with the inquiries
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and interested in hospitality/service are welcome
- Min. diploma degree, preferably in Hotel Management/Tourism
- Min. JLPT N3 level of Japanese proficiency with certification, and conversational English proficiency
- Willingness to work in shifts
