<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing and lead HR, GA, CSR, SDG, QC team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- General administrative tasks such as office maintenance, facilities management, vendor coordination, managing effective communication between employees and management.
- Responsible in handling Income tax with taxation firm and coordinating Headquarter
- Identifying training needs and employee training programs.
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement to all department.
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- More than 3 years of experience as HRGA Manager from Japanese company handling 100+ employees (Experience from Trading or Manufacturing company)
- Business English proficiency.
- Experienced in keeping track for more than 5 subordinates and experience to improve turnover ratio in own department
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Income tax calculation experience
