Medical Project Manager - Trading

- Ensure that each project's goals, timelines, deliverables, and expectations are clarified, articulated to all constituents, and responsibilities are assigned to appropriate personnel
- Create and enforce project schedules, ensuring all internal and external parties meet milestones and deadlines
- Schedule and manage all project meetings
- Manage customer expectations by setting realistic goals and timelines for project delivery
- Proactively address any deviations or challenges that may arise during the project, keeping customers informed and involved in decision-making processes
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- By proactively managing risks, project managers instill confidence in customers and demonstrate their commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget
- Other related duties as assigned

- Min. bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experienced in managing mid to large-scale Clinical/Healthcare projects (mandatory)
- Min. of 5 years of Project Manager experience in large Healthcare Enterprise environments
- Has connections and a good relationship with the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes)
- Proficient in business-level English
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key decision-makers
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
