- Making travel arrangements
- Support employee inbound and outbound procedure such as Mobility related activity – visa, housing, school, car, insurance, bank account, NPWP, onboarding process, cost control.
- Internal company driver management such as schedule, briefing, expense management, cost control.
- Managing office supplies such as office stationery, cleaning service schedule, office plant management, first aid stock and inventory, business card, cost control.
- Office assets control using security management, VC system, printer, office device management (laptop, iPhone, etc).
- Organizing internal and external events such as annual MCU, company engagement activity, training for business partner, managing meeting rooms for office operations, cost control.
- Maintain and update company databases such as new hire, employee databases.
- Systematically filling important and confidential company documents.
- Manage and organize office operations such as shipping management, sample room management, donation activity, building maintenance, office phone management.
- Vendor Management such as maintain contracts, cost and performance analysis, procurement process.
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Other responsibilities as needed
・Diploma's degree
・Business English proficiency
・3 years of experience as GA from any industry.
・Personality : Service spirit mindset, fast learner, able to work under tight schedule and responsive to request.
