Work details
- Handle device setup (PCs, laptops, and tablets)
- Perform maintenance and repair on devices as needed (PCs, laptops, and tablets)
- Provide support for maintenance and provision of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, and systems)
- Install, configure, and maintain networks, internet, cloud servers, email systems, and Kintone systems
- Administer IT licenses (operating systems, anti-virus, SAP systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Create social media content
- Update Instagram
- Update job reference pictures and lists
- Handle inquiries from the website and Instagram, and distribute them to Sales Staff
- Update data and presentations on all tablets used by Sales Staff
- Address sales inquiries related to CCPP presentations and prepare CCPP materials with overseas branch
- Min. bachelor's degree
- Proficient in business-level English
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a similar role handling IT and Marketing duties
- Communicative, highly adaptable to dynamic situations, and a team player
