<Job Responsibilities>
- Sending warning letters & lawsuits against overdue customers
- Manage external lawyers to handle cases
- Conduct compliance review of sales contract process documents
- Conduct legal analysis & training
- Other Legal Affairs related work
- Accustomed to handling debt cases and filing lawsuits in court
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimal Bachelor's degree in Law
- Basic Mandarin proficiency and High Conversational English proficiency
- Minimal 2 years experience as Legal, experienced in handling litigation
- Must have advocate license (PERADI)
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Preferably have experience in Heavy Equipment field
- Mandarin conversational level above
