- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement.
- responsible in handling compensation and benefits plans improvement.
- Initiate & take charge in employees’ career development paths and reward structure improvement.
- Initiate & take charge in improving the office and employee well-being.
- Problem solving and coordinating with leader in each department in managing the people aspect of the business.
- Creating and compiling monthly employee performance reports
- Gathering payroll data with HRIS (Talenta) like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports
- Other task as assigned
・Bachelor's Degree.
・Business English proficiency.
・3 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor from any Manufacture.
