<Job Responsibilities>
- Formulate and execute the operational strategy for the automotive factory, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Continuously refine strategies to respond to market dynamics and technological advancements in the automotive industry
- Oversee the optimization of production processes, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing cycle times, and minimizing waste. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and best practices specific to automotive production
- Develop and enforce quality control standards and procedures specific to automotive manufacturing. Ensure that all products meet stringent quality requirements and regulatory standards, addressing any quality issues promptly
- Implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the factory
- Lead and mentor senior operational managers and teams. Foster a high-performance culture through training, development, and performance management, ensuring the factory’s workforce is skilled and motivated
- Communicate effectively with Board of Commissioners. Provide regular updates on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and key challenges.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
・Min. High Conversation level English Proficiency
・Min. 2 years as Director or 5 years as General Manager in automotive manufacturing industry with a scale of at least 800 employees.
・Good leadership skill, Smart, good management skill, and energetic
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own CMfgE or CPIM certificate
