Work details
・Responsible for the company's daily financial records.
・Handle and analyze fixed asset and intangible asset transactions.
・Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
・Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
・Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
・Contributing to the development and review of operating budgets and performance projections.
・Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
・Lead the team to complete tasks and responsibilities appropriately and on time.
・Keep financial records in digital and physical form.
・Contributing to the development and review of operating budgets and performance projections.
・Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
・Tax reconciliation
・Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
・Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
・Other assignments are required or instructed by management
・Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking
・2 years of experience as Accounting Assistant Manager from Manufacturing.
・Business English proficiency.
・Good understanding for SPT reporting, VAT, PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, 4a(2).
・Certified Brevet A & B.
・Good understanding of financial statements, accounting reporting, journal transactions, Taxations and BI reports (monthly, quarterly & annually).
・Have experienced in dealing with Tax audit & Financial audit.
