Work details
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, including Lease Line, IPsec, and VPN Client
- Monitor network connectivity to ensure optimal performance
- Manage all LAN access, data center, intranet, and internet services and infrastructure, including technical repair, maintenance, and implementation, and coordinate with Support L1, L2, and L3 to meet service standards
- Maintain both intranet and internet networks
- Configure routing changes and manage open/close port requests
- Provide support for internal network requests
- Report and coordinate internal and external network requests
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time
- Min. bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Business-level English
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer
- Familiarity with Fortigate Firewall, experience using ticketing systems (Jira), experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios), and basic knowledge of firewall
