Work details
- Oversee the HRGA division, covering responsibilities such as recruitment, employee performance evaluations, office administration, payroll processing, tax calculations, and tax report preparation.
- Provide Japanese-Indonesian translation and interpretation for meetings, emails, documents, and other communications.
- Manage the Finance division, which includes handling internal financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems, reviewing financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring legal compliance with financial regulations, and working with team members and tax consultants to prepare monthly financial statements.
- Other task as assigned
・Bachelor's degree in any major
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRGA and Finance roles
・Minimum have JLPT N3
・Proven experience in financial management, including financial reporting, accounting, and tax regulations.
・Experience in inventory control and production management is advantageous.
・Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, payroll processes, and tax regulations.
