Factory Director Mandarin Speaker (Electronics - Electronics Manufacture/Factory Management) - India

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for plant operations and management
- Develop and implement production strategy and annual plan
- Optimize production processes, improve resource utilization, and ensure plant compliance with regulatory requirements
- Budget management and cost control
- Coordinate internal and external relationship of the factory and cooperate with various departments
- Team management and talent development to build an efficient management team
- Supervise the implementation of quality management system to ensure products meet quality requirements
- Introducing advanced management methods, such as 6 Sigma, to improve the efficiency of factory operation
- Problem solving and troubleshooting for to emergencies and production problems
- Regularly report factory operation status to senior management, analyze data and propose improvement measures.
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business Mandarin and English proficiency(able to speak technically with expatriates)
・Min.10 years manufacturing experience and Min. 5 years as Managerial or above in a large electronics manufacturing plant/factory
・Willing to train in Shanghai and work in India
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-departmental and cross-regional teams, with strong leadership and problem solving skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Engineering or management major
・Overseas working experience
