Work details
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, seminars, workshops, and employee development initiatives
- Track employee skills and capabilities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs
- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth
- Create and deliver training modules and resources
- Assist in designing and executing career development plans for employees
- Ensure training initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, gather feedback, and make improvements as needed
- Provide regular updates and reports on employee development programs to senior management
- Perform other related tasks or projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Business-level English proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in People Development
- Strong knowledge of development planning programs, including experience with matrix and job evaluation
- Experience in creating training modules and delivering training sessions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
