CAD Operator - Property

[Responsibilities]

・Designing some apartments of Japan that is developing by Shinoken in Japan by CAD software.. 

・Reporting to Japanese in Japan.

・Meeting and Discussion with other surveyor.

[Requirements]

・Be able to speak Japanese [Conversational level]

・Have worked as a CAD operator or interest in learning CAD (Company will teach)

・Be able to speak English. [Conversational level - Clear pronunciation]

・Having good communication skill when delegates are not same place. [Usually happen teleconference.]

・Understanding Japanese culture how they work.

[Desirable Experiences]

• Experience as CAD Operator or design using Auto CAD (Not Mandatory)

[Desirable Characters]

• Hard worker

• Logical speaker
