Work details
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring the whole daily warehousing operation to ensure all handling and storage of products to be operated in efficient and effective manner
2. Implementing supply chain management system and Health and Safety Environment matter to support the smooth and efficient warehouse operation
3. Budgeting and costing by considering how business development can fit with sustainability and be aware of external influences such as legislation, fuel costs and environmental pressures
4. Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes such as customer sales, order management, container yard, trucking or forwarding
5. Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing and improvement needs including managing staff training issues and motivating the team
6. Reviewing global, national or regional logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities
7. Preparing, implementing and improving performance measurement tools such as Standard Operation Procedures, Work Instruction, Key Performance Indicators and Balanced Scorecard system
8. Developing warehouse business by gaining new contracts/customers, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
9. Participating in carrier management processes such as selection, qualification or performance evaluation
10. Liaising and negotiating with customers to maintain and developing mutual business relationship
11. Preparing Commercial Contract Agreement with many various customers
12. Preparing and designing Feasibility Study to develop new project management or enlarging existing projects
13. Monitoring Heavy Equipment operation such as Gantry Crane, Top Loader and Reach Stacker to ensure operated in proper manner
14. Controlling daily report reefer container operation to maintain set point temperature requirement to ensure the chilled and frozen products to be preserved in safety manner
Requirement
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of 10 years experiences in handling warehouse operational in warehouse company
- Familiar with warehouse and ISO systems
- Have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Have good English for both oral and written
