Work details
Responsibilities:
'1. Doing recruitment and selection.
2. Monitor leave application, medical claim to ensure relevant Policy and Procedure are being followed properly.
3. Entry data for overtime, meal & transport, and other benefit for payroll purpose.
4. Arrange for casual employee salary payment
5. Arrange company travel
6. Coordination with agent in arranging document to extend visa and work permit expatriate (RPTKA, IMTA, SKLD, KITAS).
7. Monitor daily attendance.
8. Help the Receptionist in handling and screening incoming calls.
9. Create the certificates for employee resignation.
10. Arrange contract agreement for new casual employee.
11. Helps General Affair doing some purchasing.
12. Filling management record according to the company filing system.
13. All duties as assigned.
Requirements:
' Have knowledge in HR
Have willingness to learn company administration skills needed
Good communication in English and Japanese (N3)
Able to work in team
Desirable Experience:
'- Have experiences working at Japanese Company
- If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point.
Desirable Character:
Aggressive, humble and full commitment to have long working period
