Position: HR Senior Staff - Consulting
Reporting Line: President Director (Japanese)
Work Location: Sudirman
Being responsible in HR & GA duties in the small-size consulting company.
※Handling HR & GA's all of job responsibility and supporting accounting roles also.
・Managing 2 subordinates who are HR staff and Admin staff.
・General Office Management
・General HR admin
・Take initiative in the back office improvement in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
・Handling some matter of Japanese expatriate and their VISA.
・Making some conference note of discussion by business English
・Correspondence for accounting matter with accounting outsourcer (they have an accounting PIC, but need to act as the backup of that person)
・Working experience in HR & GA field in 3+ years.
・Be good at calculation and arithmetic, analytical sense.
・Fluent in oral and written English, and having excellent communication skills.
・Well understanding of office management.
・Having basic understanding of accounting.
・Understanding BPJS, VISA for expatriates.
・Be able to use microsoft office softwares, especially excel.
・Neat, quick-witted, detail-oriented and meticulous
・Highly initiative and independent, purpose oriented. Passive attitude are unwelcomed.
・Have managerial experience
・Have actual job experience in accounting
