Working Location: All over Indonesia


<Responsibilities>
1. DEx Audit Score:
a. Responsible for SOP Implementation & Compliance (Audit Score)
b. Responsible for FD Head Standardization Competences (Matrix Competencies)

2. Distributor’s KPI:
a. Responsible for Number of Sales Quantity
b. Responsible for Number of Active POS
c. Responsible for Warranty Handling (SLA)
d. Responsible for Operational (AR, Infrastructure readiness and Marketing Program Implementation)


<Qualification>
Knowledge :
1. Marketing Strategy (4 P + 1S)
2. Market Size, Share & Condition, Inventory & Distribution Management
3. Warranty Management System
4. FD Standard Operational Procedure and Business Process

Skill :
1. Basic: Interpersonal, Presentation & Communication, Conceptual thinking
2. Managerial: Leadership & Problem Solving.
3. Technical: Salesmanship, Data Analytics, Administration and Distribution Business Process, Product Technical, Computer Literacy (basic: MS Office, Advance: WMS, NS Point, Vendis).
4. Have a minimum of 7 years experience in related field
