Work details
Responsibilities
1. Follow corporate direction & plan HR strategy to ensure HR practices align with company business and direction.
2. Implement guidelines, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and Indonesia labor law.
3. Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit (BU) Leaders and Project Managers on human resources aspects.
4. Work closely with the Management and all Business Unit Leaders and assist Project Managers and employees to understand policies and procedures.
5. Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationship with the company.
Requirements
1. Female or male are welcomed
2. Age middle 30s
3. Any nationality
4. Proficient in English (Business Level) and Indonesian (Business Level)
5. At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any field, and at least 7 years of direct experiences as a Human Resources Management Generalist.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
7. Strong integrity and willingness to learn new things
8. Ability to perform well under pressure
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
