Chief Engineering for Hospitality Services

Responsibilities:
'a. Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
b. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
c. Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.

Requirements:
Able to communicate in English
Age Max 45 years old
Strong in a leadership
Have a good knowledge about General Engineering and budgeting
Familiar with computer system.
Strong in the technical skill
Willing to work at Cikarang area

Desirable Experience:
-'Experience minimal 2 years as a chief Engineering at 4 star hotel or service apartment.
-Experience in the Pre-opening team in the hotel is an advantage

Desirable Character:
- Outgoing, strong personality, good leadership skills and communication
