Responsibilities
1.a. Monitor, develop and implement sales initiatives within the dealer network to maximise sales and profit growth.
b. Analyze and identify opportunities that will increase product competitiveness & market potential.
c. Ensure lead performance metrics covering volume and model line/mix profitability are developed and that the ongoing efficiency of fixed and variable selling expenses is maximised to support sales strategies.
d. Review and analyze sales report (such as: SPK, exhibition, DO movement, Retail & Wholesales data) and financial statement condition to monitor financial strength and compliance with agreement.
e. Review and evaluate dealer performance through Sales DOS & RVI, inventory and effective resourcing.
f. Share value of Program and develop strong collaborative relationships across the dealer network.
g. Implement sales activity planning and sales activity control within the zone/region.
h. Coordinating leasing panel to enhance the sales and leasing support.
i. Setting accurate sales target and forcasting outlook by monthly and by outlet.
2a. Ensure dealer performance targets are set and performance is tracked, communicating key outcomes and gaining standardisation and consistency across the region.
b. Identify and dissolve roadblocks in a proactive and collaborative manner to maximise sales and profit growth.
c. Review marketing and advertising plans for dealerships and assesses current effectiveness of their efforts.
d. Plan, budget and monitor the promotion of sales actions and achievements to ensure consistent improvement of sales, methods, costs and results.
e. Identify process improvement opportunities to drive organizational efficiencies and performance.
f. Providing best service to outlet stakeholders.
g. Facilitating proper training to dealer salesforce and management.
3a. Monitor dealer SSI/CSI implementation and score to ensure customer satisfaction and first point resolution to customer’s complaints.
c. Propose national/area sales program in a fiscal year and drive improvement of SSI & CSI through implementation of Customer Handling Standards (NSSW).
d. Understand consumer behaviour and adopt best practices in SSI & CSI, and deliver on local survey results and dealer visit reviews.
e. Coordinating with CR Dept Head to increase overall customer interest related to SSI & CSI result; propose, socailize & monitor the implementation of Kaizen Activity in dealer.
4a. Monitoring Kaizen activity to enhace dealer performance.
b. Improve the AfterSales standard and implement Kaizen activity to enhance AfterSales Business (Parts & Acc Sales) & CSI Score.
C. Monitoring and analyzing Dealer Performance Review (DPR) to ensure dealer operational standardization.
5. Analyzing market intelligent data to ensure the accurate information regarding:
- Regional Market information
- Regional Competition landscape
- Information gather/sharing
Requirements
• Male / Female
• Have 3 – 5 year experiences in Sales (2 wheels / 4 wheels)
• Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Fluent English for both oral and written
• Have experiences in managing dealers
• He / she must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• He / she must able to do administration tasks including daily reports
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office
• Willing to be located in any branches location over Indonesia
