· Min Diploma Degree in Engineering
· Having experiences min 3 years in position Supervisor at Japanese Company
· Understand flow process & system in production
· Have a good communication skill & good posses in Japanese with JLPT N3
· Have a good knowledge for people middle management


- Have work experiences in Japan

- Have good leadership skills, passionate, flexible, strong personality
