Responsibilities :
・Meeting for making new business or real estate with Owner or Developer who has real estate.
・Seeking for several information for getting real estate from real estate distribution company, trust bank
・Negotiation and presentation with landowner and developer for getting real estate which is suitable for our concept plan.
・Creating concept plan for the new place with developer or land owner.
Requirements :
・Able to speak English (Business level)
・Working experience at least 3 years
・Having real estate business knowledge.
Desirable Experiences :
【Necessary at least 1 industry experience below】
・Sales or researcher with Real Estate Brokerage
・Development experience as like Lippo or Sinarmas
・Investment bank experience as like; Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia
・General contractor
・Be able to read and understand a financial statement
Desirable Character:
Diligent, High motivated person and honest
