Responsibilities
Account Management:
①Maintain existing client hotel's web pages. ②Establishing new accounts, ③Regular consultation meetings, ④Negotiating and setting rates and promotions (create them in Japanese), ⑤Negotiating and securing inventory, ⑥Preparing and consulting, ⑦advertising campaigns with hotels, ⑧Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for the hotels
Regional strategy planning:
①Responsible for strategy planning for travel business in Indonesia together with Branch Manager - occasionally required to work with Tokyo HQ. ②Responsible for implementing strategy to the regular operation of other ITCs in the office.
Customer Service:
①Adjustment on problem between Hotels and users (guests) and feedback to Japanese Headquarter.
②Mainly it will be the negotiation or discussion with the hotel accounts for the issues when the guests may have before check-in, during the stay, after check out. (example: overbooking, payment, claims on the rooms, etc.)
Others:
①Going to Bali as a business trip.[There are 2 Japanese coworker in Bali]
②Planning and hosting an Client Event (once a year)
③Handle any inquiries from the Tokyo HQ (survey, recommending hotels for their business trip, making a reservation, etc.)
General Area Promotion:
①Working with other sales staff and our office on ongoing promotions throughout the year. This will encompass a wide variety of activities consulting new ad campaigns, entry of hotels in our various promotions.
Requirements
・Sales / Marketing Experience in B to B to C business (able to grasp consumer trends and moves)
・Able to work in KPI driven environment
・Strong commitment towards targets and goals
・English fluency: TOEIC 800 (not necessary to have score at this moment, but expected level should be 800 level. They will arrange online test as the part of interview at the later stage)
Desirable Experiences
・Japanese fluency: Business level (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening)
・Human management skill : Be able to manage and lead few number of subordinate
Any of experiences below
・Working experience in OTA. (Online Travel Agency - i.e. Expedia,Agoda,Booking.com,Traveloka)
・Strategy/Promotion planning experience in tradtional travel agencies
・Digital marketing or online sales / marketing experience in hotel, tourism
・Experience in digital marketing field with leadership roles
・Recorded splendid business results in travel industry
