Production Supervisor in Automotive Parts Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities for production control and computer personnel to ensure timely and effective job assignment to meet production schedule, analyze production achievement, inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and requirements standard, follow-up and communication of problems with user community.
- Oversees and coordinates technical support for end-user training, production testing and equipment modifications.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Evaluate operator and leader performance due to contract period.
- Develops and maintains output service-level agreements with user departments.

Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum of D3 degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experiences as Production Supervisor in Japanese manufacture.
- Have good analytical thinking in production process, production planning and production control
- Have knowledge about analyze of balancing process, production planning, material control and 5S.
- Able to conduct production training for employee.
- At least fair English for both oral & written

- Have experiences working in Japanese company
