Job Description
Training And Development:
- Indentifying staff training and development needs
- Planning the training program
- Organising the training and colaboration with all departments
- Overseeing appropriate the trainings
Health, Safety & Environment:
- Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health
- Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections
- Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely
- Identifying potential hazards
- Determining ways of reducing risks
- Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies
- Compiling statistics
- Drawing up safe operational practices and making necessary changes
- Writing reports, bulletins and newsletters
- Making presentations to groups of employees/managers
- Providing health and safety meetings and training courses for employees
- Liaising with relevant authorities
- Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Psychology, Management, or Public Health
- Have a minimum of 5 year eexperiences as HR Supervisor, especially handling training & safety Or have a minimun of 2 year experiences as HR Assisatant Manager
- Hold certification of K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) and TOT
- Qualified in implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
- Understand about concept of OJT, K3 and employee development
- Have good leadership, problem solving and public speaking skills
- Have a high analytical thinking and able to work underpressure
Desirable Experience:
- Have experiences working in Japanese company
