Responsibilities
- The Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant reports to the Head of Communications.
- This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with technologies to support department communication goals and budget.
• Responsible in office supply (vehicle, driver, apartment, office telecomunication
• Responsible with Purchase Requesition, Purchase Order, and Invoice
• Act as event organizer in corporate event, do translate, and create reporting
• Budgeting, cash & asset management
• Monthly reporting
Requirements
• Having good communication in English (Fluent level) & Japanese (Advantages)
• Min 5 years experience in GA/ Admin & Promotion/ Event
• Strong analytical in details
• Strong leadership
